Responsible gaming
Gaming should always be entertainment. Here's how we help you keep it that way.
1. Our commitment
At Prism Promenade, we believe gaming is a form of entertainment — never a way to make money or escape problems. Every team member on our gaming floor receives responsible gaming training, and we work with independent organizations to support guests who need help.
2. Age restrictions
You must be 21 or older to enter the gaming floor, play any game or join Prism Club. We check identification and will remove underage guests and confiscate any winnings in line with state law.
3. Tips for safe play
- Set a budget before you play and stick to it — treat it as the cost of entertainment.
- Decide on a time limit and take regular breaks away from the floor.
- Never chase losses or borrow money to gamble.
- Avoid playing when you are upset, stressed or have been drinking heavily.
- Balance gaming with other activities — the pool, spa and restaurants are all close by.
4. Tools we offer
- Play limits — set daily, weekly or monthly spend and time limits through your Prism Club account.
- Cool-off periods — take a break from gaming for 24 hours up to six months.
- Self-exclusion — voluntarily ban yourself from our gaming floor and marketing for one year, five years or permanently.
- Marketing opt-out — stop receiving gaming promotions at any time.
5. Warning signs
It may be time to seek support if you spend more than you planned, hide gambling from loved ones, feel anxious when not playing or gamble to recover losses. Recognizing these signs early makes a real difference.
