The rules that apply when you use our website, book a stay or visit the resort.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing prismpromenade.site or making a reservation with Prism Promenade, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our booking services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation as the primary guest and to enter or play on the gaming floor. We may request valid photo identification at any time and may refuse service to anyone unable to provide it.
3. Reservations and payment
- All rates are quoted per room, per night, and exclude taxes and the daily resort fee unless stated otherwise.
- A valid payment card is required to guarantee a reservation; a deposit may be charged at booking.
- Standard reservations may be cancelled without charge up to 72 hours before arrival. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged one night's stay.
- Package, penthouse and special-event rates may carry separate terms, which are shown at the time of booking.
4. Guest conduct
We want every guest to feel welcome. We may ask anyone whose behavior is unsafe, unlawful or disruptive to leave the property without refund. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms or property during their stay.
5. Gaming
All gaming is subject to the rules posted at each game and to applicable state gaming regulations. Management decisions on disputes are final, subject to the rights of regulators. Prism Club points have no cash value and may be adjusted in line with program rules.
6. Website use
Content on this website, including text, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Photography is used for illustrative purposes and may not reflect exact room configurations. We try to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or current.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or your stay. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any disputes will be handled by the courts located there.
